Holdem games are very soft at all levels, although the 30/60 can feature a mix of some of the best and worst limit players anywhere. There are no must moves at lower levels of holdem.
If there are multiple 15/30 or 30/60 games, the second is generally a must move. Expect 3-6 tables at each level 8/16 and below. No waiting at other times, although the place gets pretty busy on Tuesdays for the Aces always win promotion. Wait times are fairly short on weekends, unless you want to play 2/4 or 3/6.
